(1) INTEGRATED MARKETING CONSULTANT

The Creative Solutions team works closely with clients to deliver effective integrated marketing solutions with measurable results. The Creative Solutions Consultant must develop and cultivate a strong stable of clients (accounting for up to 80% of efforts) whilst creating platform projects with long term sustainability (taking up about 20% of efforts).

The Consultant must possess a dynamic strong go-getting personality and be highly results-focussed. The Consultant will undertake the generation and development of leads, and must thus be a highly motivated and results-driven individual. In a fast-paced industry, the Consultant is expected to be a fast worker who can multitask and prioritise effectively.

This is a leadership position with staff support. The Consultant is thus expected to exercise strong leadership in this role of value creation for both AONIA and its Clients.
The Consultant must therefore possess strong interpersonal and communications skills to build and develop relationships with AONIA’s stakeholders and clients to expedite the creation of value.

The Consultant must possess strong research, writing and presentation skills for successful project pitching, and must have initiative in ensuring quality at all stages of a pitch or project. The Consultant reports directly to the Creative Solutions Director, and must render all support necessary for successful pitches and projects. As a result, the Consultant must be passionate and motivated about bringing to life creative ideas and concepts and not be averse to working long hours to ensure project success.

The Consultant should be a graduate from a University or Polytechnic with a discipline in a relevant degree (Marketing, Mass Communications, Arts). Experience of at least one year in a relevant role (client servicing, marketing) is preferred. To perform effectively, the Consultant must be a confident and well-groomed individual.

This is a position that pays both a salary and a generous commission. With strong performance, the Consultant may look forward to being promoted to the position of Manager. Training will be provided for this critical role.

(2) INTEGRATED MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Thrive on the thrills of the Marketing world!
The Creative Solutions team provides AONIA’s portfolio of well-established MNC clients with effective integrated marketing solutions implemented with Excellence. The Executive will support the Creative Solutions team in conducting research, preparing proposals, creative brainstorming, and project delivery.
The Executive must possess excellent writing and presentation skills, a strong flair for communication, and must display initiative in ensuring high quality work. The candidate must be highly motivated and task-driven, and be disciplined in meeting work targets. You must have a passion for the excitement and exposure of the fast-paced world of marketing, and be willing to work long hours if needed to ensure job excellence. The candidate is expected to have an understanding and a keen interest in the various aspects of integrated marketing, including Events, PR and Advertising, and be passionate about bringing to life creative marketing concepts. Experience of at least one year in a relevant role (client servicing, marketing) is preferred, although fresh graduates may apply.
The candidate should possess strong qualifications from a University or Polytechnic in a relevant discipline (Marketing or Mass Communications), and must be a confident and well-groomed individual. Proficiency with standard Office productivity software is a must, as is being web-savvy. As the job will entail global interactions, you should enjoy cross-cultural and cross-national interactions. You should also have the strong ability to multi-task and be capable of work independence whilst being a strong team player. The candidate must also understand that pressure is a constant in this industry, and is able to see every challenge as an opportunity.
A strong basic salary commensurate with passion for excellence, aptitude, capability and experience will be offered to the right candidate, with an attractive performance bonus in addition. Ongoing training and mentorship will be provided, and subsidies will be provided for courses relevant to the growth of the Firm.

(3)     Web Marketing Executive (Web-Guru-in-the-Making)

AONIA is seeking a Web-Guru-in-the-making who will assist AONIA with planning and implementing web–based marketing and communications solutions. Passion is key, and this implies you are someone who keeps abreast of the latest marketing related tools and trends in the WebWorld. This means that you are familiar with the pros & cons of web based marketing tactics; how to place ads and the pros and cons of different platforms (FaceBook, Google, MSN, Yahoo, Bing, etc); understand what SEO/EMS/CMS is all about; what web-based tools may help marketers yield better results; and how to seed and seek the right portals for web marketing mileage. There should be nothing on the webspace relevant to marketing that escapes your interest and attention.

No knowledge of web design is required, but you must be able to show an understanding of what stylish and functional web design is, and be able to recognise a web strategy when you see one.  This means that you should be able to recognise web-related marketing problems and devise web-focussed marketing solutions with aplomb.

Although this is a results-driven role, AONIA offers a warm, nurturing and politics-free environment in which the candidate may achieve optimal results at work.

You should ideally have at least 1 year’s work experience in a related area, a related diploma/degree in Marcom/Business/IT or be able to impress with your keen understanding of the above requirements during your presentation/interview. You should be a detailed thinker able to express yourself clearly and concisely,and and possess a WordSmith’s skillset.

(4) MARKETING MANAGER

We require an energetic and creative individual to focus on growing the Brand name of AONIA and market its range of services. This will require excellent writing skills in English and a keen passion for marketing. With your excellent communications skills, you will also support the Creative Solutions team in preparing project briefs and proposals.

You are expected to be a University or Polytechnic graduate, preferably with a degree in a relevant discipline (Mass Communications, Arts, Business). Experience of at least one year is preferred, although people passionate about the position may apply. Working in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking should be second nature to you. A strong capability in Mandarin would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position.

(5) PRODUCTION MANAGER

AONIA seeks Production managers who enjoy bringing plans to reality, with keen attention to detail, and the initiative to ensure high standards of quality in production.
As the vital bridge between members of the Client Servicing/Creative Teams and the Production Team, you must have strong communications and interpersonal skills and be a team player. You should also be highly organised, disciplined, task-oriented and believe in doing all it takes to accomplish your tasks on time.

You should have an understanding of and experience in Events and Multimedia production, and most importantly, have the right attitude to learn what is needed on the job to fill in any knowledge gaps in the shortest possible time. Working in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking should be second nature to you. The ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.

(6) VISUAL COMMUNICATOR / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

AONIA is seeking talented Designers to help visualise marketing concepts and create high quality artwork even when faced with tight deadlines. Reporting to the Creative Director, you are expected to be a team player, working closely with the Client Servicing team.

No minimum paper qualifications are required as long as you have the creative talent! You should however be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative suite of software. For this position, please submit your resume with photo stating your salary, and your artwork Portfolio.

(7) MEDIA SALES SPECIALIST

AONIA Pte Ltd is an Integrated Marketing Agency seeking a dynamic and results focused Media Sales Specialist to increase reach and revenues for Quaffs, a viral online promotions platform able to ensure marketers with high returns on their marketing investment.

The Candidate must enjoy the challenges of working in a highly results-focused and time pressured environment, whilst being able to build and maintain strong client relationships through quality work and personalised service. You will enjoy the opportunity to work with a broad range of well-known Lifestyle Brands for invaluable industry exposure and experience, strong career progression prospects and attractive remuneration.

(8) IPHONE APPLICATION PROGRAMMERS
AONIA seeks Creative, Detailed and Timeline-focussed iPhone Application programmers. You should have a knack for creating marketing-oriented Applications that can take full advantage of the iPhone’s hardware and software features, most importantly its Touch screen interface, Accelerometer, Camera, and GPS functions.

Requirements:
• iPhone application development experience
• Creative problem solver, with excellent debugging skills
• Strong understanding of computer memory management
• Be comfortable documenting work and coding processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be comfortably conversant in English
• A team player with a disciplined and results-focused work ethic.

(9) TELE-MARKETERS (PART-TIME)

We seek Part-time Tele-Marketers to generate business leads through sales calls. You are expected to contact shortlisted companies and organizations to promote our business services and assist in setting up appointments.

You must be fluent in spoken English, have a pleasant disposition, and be persistent yet persuasive over the phone. You should also be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of products. Sales Training and usage of a CRM software will be provided. This position is project based/part-time. Thank you.

(10) WRITERS (FREELANCE)

The AONIA Press Site is where News, Views and Knowledge relevant to Marketers and AONIA’s stakeholders is compiled. Writers to contribute articles of interest to the AONIA Press site are sought.

Writers must have a passion and flair for writing, and enjoy staying abreast of trends and developments in the marketing industry spanning Technology, Strategy, Tactics, Media, Personalities and other information relevant to Marketers.

Articles are expected to be informative, analytical, insightful and of use and application to Marketers. An excellent command of the English language is a must, with experience in research, referencing and writing. A relevant degree would be an advantage. The Writer will be remunerated based on each published article, and be given credit for published articles.

(10) INTERNS (MINIMUM OF THREE MONTHS)

We are keen to train interns who have a desire to learn the ropes of the integrated marketing industry. You are expected to assist the Directors and other senior staff with their daily work responsibilities. You will enjoy learning opportunities through hands-on experience of the industry, and be given the opportunity to pursue a full-time career with the company after the internship dependent upon aptitude and performance.

You should be pursuing either a Degree or Diploma in a relevant degree, with at least three months available for the internship programme. You must be able to converse well in written and spoken English, have a pleasant disposition, and possess strong initiative and an attitude to learn.

We require an experienced Office Administrator to take charge of duties including book-keeping, filing of documents, invoicing and payments, arranging of appointments, telephone reception work, and other administrative tasks for office efficiency.

You are expected to be at least an O-level/ITE graduate, with a Certificate in Accounting/Book Keeping/Office Management. You must be able to converse in written and spoken English, as well as handle word processing and spreadsheet software.
